Founder and initiators of this project are Barbara and Christian. Both are dual citizens (Austria and Australia), speak fluent German, English, Indonesian and have years of experience in managing dive and water sports centres including 4 and 5 star resorts.
While Barbara was responsible for diving and water sports activities, staff development and maintenance, Christian was in charge of the business side, which included general management, finance, accounting, payroll, marketing, human resources and implementing SOP’s.
Both are SSI Instructor Certifiers and PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainers, have done 2500+ dives and have trained over 1000+ divers ranging from Open Water to Instructor. Both are commercial divers and hyperbaric chamber operators.
